Simon Shemia

Chief Executive Officer

Simon Shemia has served as the CEO of Honor Health Network since its inception in 2016. Under his leadership, Honor Health Network has expanded its network to include twenty agencies and multiple adult day care centers servicing 15,000+ patients with 20,000+ caregivers across eight states and D.C. His industry knowledge and key relationships have been instrumental in developing the company’s short and long-term goals, strategic vision, and multi-market expansion. During his time as CEO, HHN has been recognized for building a platform of Home Health Care agencies with a focus on quality of care and technology.

A major factor in HHN’s successful growth is Simon’s ability to forge consensus, empower and motivate teams to focus on and achieve a high level of patient satisfaction and employee retention.

Prior to becoming CEO at HHN, Simon served in many senior executive leadership roles with healthcare agencies focused on delivering operational excellence, business growth, and innovation.
