On Tuesday, May 2nd, over 200 providers, supporters and recipients of home and community-based services, joined the Pennsylvania Home Care Association to advocate for meaningful investments to address on-going workforce shortages in the industry. PHA Board President, and our very own Catharine Weaber VP of Development, of Angels on Call, represented our organization and made sure our voices were heard!
